D. Brooks Holstein

As the founder and Managing Member in COMVEST Properties, LLC, and its affiliate development company, Net Lease Developers, LLC, Mr. Holstein coordinates all company developments and project financing. He is further responsible for the creation and maintenance of retail and investor relationships. He began his commercial real estate career in 1979 as Southwestern Real Estate Representative for Wendy's International. He left corporate real estate in 1996 to become Vice President of Brokerage Services at Grubb & Ellis Sawyer Commercial Real Estate. Prior to the formation of COMVEST Properties, LLC, he was Vice President of Development and a member of the Executive Committee for a Louisiana based Development Company.

Mr. Holstein graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In 2006 he completed the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served as Chairman of the ICSC Mississippi State Governmental Affairs. Brooks is also an active member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS and a member of the Urban Land Institute. In addition to Mississippi, he holds Real Estate Broker's licenses in Louisiana and Texas. Mr. Holstein is a Life Member of the University of Mississippi Alumni Association, the Harvard University Graduate School of Design Alumni Association, the Omicron Delta Kappa Foundation Alumni Association, and serves on the Academic Real Estate Initiative Alumni Advisory Board at Harvard University. He is on the Republican Party Executive Committee for Harrison County, MS and served as a Harrison County Commissioner on Mississippi Governor Haley R. Barbour's Governor's Commission for Recovery, Rebuilding & Renewal in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Scott Rheams

Mr. Rheams holds the position of Director of Development and Leasing and is a partner in the firm. He is responsible for development of single tenant retail properties, the redevelopment of shopping centers, and leasing activities. He began his commercial real estate career in 1991 with JWR & Associates, as Vice President of Leasing for a family owned business specializing in marketing and leasing outlet centers for independent land owners. As the outlet center industry experienced consolidation and growth challenges, he transitioned to more traditional commercial real estate brokerage and development in Mobile, Alabama with Cummings & White-Spunner and later Saad Realty Group, LLC. In 2000, Mr. Rheams relocated to South Florida as Director of Development for RTWPB, LP a franchise partner of Ruby Tuesday, Inc.

Mr. Rheams is a member of the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He holds a Mississippi Real Estate Broker's License.



J. Douglas Molyneaux, CCIM

As Director of Acquisitions and Investment Sales, Mr. Molyneaux identifies and acquires redevelopment opportunities that fit into the COMVEST Business Plan. A partner in the firm, he directs the sale of retail properties owned by Net Lease Developers, LLC. Licensed in 1994, he began his career with Grubb & Ellis|Sawyer Commercial as a commercial and investment broker. He earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2000.  In 2001 he designed and implemented a recruiting and training program that grew the company into the largest commercial real estate firm in the state of Mississippi. Since 2007 Mr. Molyneaux served as President of Grubb & Ellis|Sawyer Commercial. He was the recipient of the Gulf Coast Association of Realtor’s Commercial Diamond Award for 2002, 2004 & 2005, for the highest volume of commercial & investment sales in the Association.  In 2005 and 2006 he was awarded Grubb & Ellis’s Circle of Excellence Award, which honors the top 3 to 5 percent of all Company professionals worldwide.

Mr. Molyneaux is the 2010 President of the Mississippi CCIM Chapter, a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a charter member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society and Chairman of the Mississippi Chapter, as well as a member of the Gulf Coast Board of REALTORS, Mississippi Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Mississippi Real Estate Broker’s License.

Wendy Barthe Peavy, GRI

As Marketing and Public Policy Director, Ms. Peavy coordinates and implements marketing projects for COMVEST Properties, LLC and Net Lease Developers, LLC. Her responsibilities include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Also a registered Mississippi lobbyist, she provides representation and advocacy of COMVEST's interests.

Ms. Peavy has been a licensed Sales Associate of COMVEST Properties LLC since 2005 and earned the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2007. She is a member of the Mississippi Association of REALTORS, the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the ICSC Political Action Committee, the International Economic Development Council, the Mississippi Economic Council, the Coast Chamber of Commerce, and the Biloxi Bay Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Mississippi Renaissance Garden Foundation, Inc, and is member of the Harrison County Republican Executive Committee.

Lindsey Permenter

Having earned her Mississippi Real Estate Sales Person license in 2009, Ms. Permenter serves as a Leasing Agent for COMVEST Properties, LLC. Additionally, she provides support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests.

Ms. Permenter is a member of the CCIM Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Mississippi Association of REALTORS, the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS and the Rotary Club of North Bay Biloxi / D'Iberville. She attended Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas, where she majored in Business Administration. 

Tracey Gordon

As Office Administrator, Ms. Gordon oversees the day to day operations and operational accounting functions of COMVEST Properties, LLC and Net Lease Developers, LLC. Additionally, she serves as Property Manager for the assets Shoppes at Popps Ferry West in Biloxi and Centre at Courthouse in Gulfport, Mississippi. Her background includes experience in general and construction accounting as well as property management.

Ms. Gordon is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and serves on the Audit Committee of the Women of the Moose Chapter 582. Tracey received her Associates Degree with an emphasis on Accounting from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College Jefferson Davis Campus.
