Wendy is the Administrative Director for COMVEST Properties, LLC and Net Lease Developers LLC. In this capacity she is responsible for all administrative, operational and information systems areas of the two companies. She also serves as a Sales Associate and Leasing Representative for all company owned retail shopping centers. Further, Wendy supports the marketing efforts of other COMVEST Brokers and Commercial Specialists.

Prior to joining COMVEST Properties, LLC Wendy was an Account Executive with Clear Channel in Biloxi, Mississippi. While there she was responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and assisting clients advertising on WKNN / K99 in developing multi-media marketing strategies.

She has experience in public relations and marketing as well as office and human resource management.

Wendy has been a licensed Sales Associate of COMVEST Properties LLC since 2005 and earned the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation in 2007. She is a member of the Mississippi Association of REALTORS, the Mississippi Commercial Association of REALTORS, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the ICSC Political Action Committee, and the Coast Chamber of Commerce. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and South Mississippi Junior College.
